hive energize

The HIVE Fitness club offers a fun and effective training style that will develop your strength, endurance and help you achieve your weight loss goals! This class is called Energize with the HIVE!

It’s a 45 min class that will keep you moving and sweating throughout the entire 45 mins. BEE Fit, BEE Free, and BEE Energized.

Everything you need is already here. Just bring your best self who’s ready to push yourself to your own specific level of fitness!
